How do we sign the contract?

We offer several convenient ways to complete the contract, depending on what works best for you. Most commonly, we use DocuSign to send an electronic agreement directly to your email — allowing you and any other title holders to sign securely and efficiently from anywhere. Alternatively, we can provide a PDF for you to print, sign, and scan back, meet in person or mail a hard copy for physical signature and return. Our goal is to make the process as simple and accommodating as possible.

Are you a real estate brokerage?


No. We operate as a private investment firm and direct land buyer. While licensed professionals are part of our team, we do not act as agents for third parties unless contractually agreed upon.

Do you work with new investors?
